Good spot for mexican food. Great place to chill, get away, eat some good food. Definitely worth going back to. The prices are fair for the quality of food. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

Barbacoa is a bit grease

They make this barbacoa meat like they used to do it in Mexico.. you gotta try it. Mmm delicious

As you might expect: just as good as the original! Great location right off Barlett, just north of Guadalupe. Come dine in or take some of their famous barbacoa by the pound to go. They give you all the fixings, tortillas, salsa, limon and repollo. Also great caldos and menudo, even a mini size menudo if you want to just try it. Friendly and helpful staff, make sure you come early, sometimes they run out. Best barbacoa in Laredo. If it's Sunday morning ... it has to be Liras!

Tastes like the restaurant in Mexico, obviously because of the same owner. Despite this the taste remains the same even though at times regardless if the restaurant remains with same owner the taste changes. The tortillas could use a little more improvement and the prices are expensive for some things. The food is great though

Best place in town to get great Mexican cuisine. The Barbacoa on Sunday's is off the charts with a Big Red and family you can't go wrong. The staff is so friendly and helpful the price is just right and the portions are big. Highly recommended.

I am literally so in love with their specialty "barbacoa tacos" They are absolutely delicious!! So soft and tasty!! I try for my husband to take me every chance I get. We can't get enough. Amazing food for a super cheap price, and very nice people overall. Love it!

This is a nice mom and pop restaurant. At first sight, the portions for the plate I ordered seemed to be on the small side. After eating, I decided the portions weren't small. They were adequate. I wasn't stuffed like I am when I eat at most other places who seeve Large portions, but I was satisfied and didn't walk out with that bloated feeling. 8t was kind of refreshing to eat normal portions at a restaurant. As for the food, it was good. The only complaint I have is about 5he flower tortillas. They are store bought and taste like plastic. Otherwise, all was good including the service.

The barbacoa from this place is real good sometimes its salty, but not always. On Sundays they have huge lines of customer buying barbacoa, but they always have already packed pounds of barbacoa in advance, so you don't have to wait too long in line.
